Passed away peacefully at home with her family on Monday, August 19, 2024, Martina (Tina) Donkersgoed (Burgler) in her 76th year.
Beloved wife of Klaas Donkersgoed. Loved mother of Ted & Julie Donkersgoed, Mike & Kim Donkersgoed, Lori & Doug Kuepfer, Karen & Marc Medeiros, Cindy Donkersgoed & David Beirnes and Cheryl Donkersgoed. Fondly remembered by her 11 grandchildren; Kaitlyn Donkersgoed, Nathan & Alec Kuepfer, Leah & Tyler Bonsma, Brayden Medeiros, Rylan, Coleson & Aria Beirnes, Kaden, Owen & Emma Alexander and 1 great-grandchild Xavier Bonsma.
Dear sister of Hammie Holman (Klaas) (D), Casey Burgler (D), Sherry Burgler (D), Willie (Karen), Hank (Irene), Rita Donkersgoed (John) (D), Charlie (D) Joan, Harry (Louise), Cathy Raben (Jake), Helen Aguiar (Del) and Tony (D). Predeceased by her parents Wicher & Janna (Spanninga) Burgler.
Visitation was at the Listowel Community Family Funeral Home on Thursday, August 22, 2024, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service was held at Listowel Pentecostal Church on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 11 am with Rev. Fred Erb officiating. Interment was at Fairview Cemetery.
