Margaret Mae (Kennedy) Wagler of Listowel, and formerly of Fordwich, passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Saturday, November 4, 2023, in her 93rd year.
Jonathan Wagler of Listowel, and formerly of Fordwich, passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, in his 94th year.
They were married on March 24, 1956.
Parents of Doug & Nina Wagler of Fordwich, Donna & Elgin Muirhead of Calgary, AB, and Ray Wagler of Fordwich, and grandparents of David, Mark, and Kevin, and great-grandparents of Zaney.
Jonathan is survived also by his sister Sarah Wagler of Milverton, brother-in-law Stan Herrfort of Milverton, and sister-in-law Shirley Wagler of Newton.
Margaret is predeceased by her brothers Herman Kennedy and Jim Kennedy, and Jonathan is predeceased by his sisters Louise Kreller and her husband Bruce, and Esther Herrfort, and by his brothers Sam Wagler, Elmer Wagler, and Bill Wagler and his wife Edna.
A private family service will be held, with interment in Wroxeter Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Listowel Memorial Hospital Foundation, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated, and may be made through the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
