Joan Margaret (Denstedt) Toman passed away unexpectedly at her home in Listowel on Thursday, April 11, 2024, in her 87th year.
Wife of the late Weston Toman (1990). Cherished mother of Ann Toman of London, and Jim (Elaine) Toman of Ottawa. Loved grandmother of Courtney (Paul) Stevenson, Alexandra (Kirt) Hill, and Jacqueline Toman (Kevin Gagnon). Adored great-grandmother (affectionately known as GG) of Blaire, Layne, Barrett, and Nora. Sister of Ross (Evelyn) Denstedt of Milford Bay, Keith (Pat) Denstedt of Bobcaygeon and George (Pat) Denstedt of Goderich. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, and many friends. Predeceased by her parents Reuben & Mary (Holman) Denstedt.
Visitation was held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Tuesday, April 16 from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. The funeral service was held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Listowel, on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. The service was livestreamed and the link is available on the funeral home website. Private family interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Milverton, preceded the funeral.
