Passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on February 6, 2025 in her 89th year.
Beloved wife of the late Harold Pehlke (1993). Loving mother of Patty (Bill) Jones of Stratford, Sandy (Bob) Hoover of Minden, Glenda (Randy) Wick of Trowbridge, Wanda (Donny) Kuepfer of Atwood, and Pam (Arnie) Majdell of Mississauga. Cherished grandmother of Matthew, Timothy, Jamie, Samuel, Victoria, Krista, Tasha, Scott, Jason, Kyle, Justin, Amelia, Benjamin, the late Trevor (2007). Adored Great grandmother of Aiden, Tristen, Jaxon, Claira, Jacob, Logan.

Joan was a lifelong member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Monkton where she dedicated her time as a Sunday school teacher, was a former president of the LWL, and the recording treasurer.
Visitation took place at Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church on Monday February 10, 2025 from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m.
