Jeannine Kroeplin

Jeannine Kroeplin of Walkerton passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at Huronlea, Brussels, in her 90th year. Beloved mother of Patricia (Gerard) Lane of Mildmay, Gordon (Sally) Kroeplin of Formosa, Joyce (Lorne) Millen of Teeswater, Doreen (Jim) Mawhinney of Mildmay, and Ronnie “Gator” Kroeplin (Kathy Weiler) of Walkerton. Jeannine was the proud grandmother of Penny (Glen), Pam, Jennine, Marc (Lauren), Jacob, Yvonne (Christian), Denise (Mike), Kimberly (Trevor), Mike (Crista), Melissa (Joe), Greg (Amie), Stephanie (Kevin), Darryl, Mike (Jodie), Kimberly (Dave), Meaghan (Tyrone), Brittany (Joe), and great-grandmother of 16. She will be missed by her sisters-in-law Joan Bester and Joan Kroeplin of Walkerton.

Predeceased by her husband Gerald, siblings Isabel (Cliff) Cameron, Madeline (Maurice) MacDonald, parents Eugene and Agnes O’Hagan, and siblings-in-law Helen (Herman) Ernewein, Edna (Ray) Goetz, Rita (Jim) Powers, Clarence, Norbert (Betty) Kroeplin, Jim Kroeplin, Donny Kroeplin, Mary (Sylvester) Schmidt, and Lorne Bester.

Friends and relatives were invited to visitation from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2025, at Cameron’s in Walkerton. Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Immaculate Conception Church, Formosa. Reception followed in the Formosa Community Hall.

Interment was in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Formosa.
