Jeanette Lobsinger of Walkerton passed away on Thursday May 8, 2025, at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto. She was 82. Loving mother of Paul (Sylvie) Lobsinger of Nepean, Christine (Steve) Maxwell of Walkerton, Heather (Greg) Leavitt of Elora. Proud Nana of Angelica (Austin), Craig, Cole (Johanna), Ashleigh, Leah and Megan. Dear sister-in-law of Mary Ernest of Kitchener, Gail Voisin of Walkerton, Nanci Pickin of Durham, Grace (Harry) Schnurr of Walkerton.
She will also be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Jeanette was predeceased by her husband, Ronald, her parents Howard and Christina (nee Mackay) Ernest, her brother Kenneth Ernest, her parents-in-law, Irwin and Ruth (nee Last) Lobsinger, brothers-in-law, David Pickin and John Voisin.
Jeanette’s family will receive family and friends for casual visitation from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at Cameron’s in Walkerton. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday May 19, 2025, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Walkerton. Reception to follow.
