Brother in law to Sandra Witmer and John and Olga Mayer. Uncle to Bill Witmer, Kim Witmer, Tracy Pigorsch, Pamela Beech, Adam Mayer and Amanda Mayer.
Jim was a commercially licensed helicopter and fixed wing pilot worked at both Chrysler and Ford in automotive manufacturing.
