Ivan Riddolls

Ivan Simeon Riddolls of Listowel passed away tragically as the result of a car accident on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, in his 71st year.

Husband of Helen (Wiersma) Riddolls.

Father of Stewart & Tennille Riddolls of Goldbridge, B.C., Ben & Angela Renaud of Hanover, Andrew & Lauren Riddolls of London, and Dan & Katie Riddolls of Linwood.

Grandfather of Memphis, Temperance, Piper, Brady, Lillyanna, James, Annabelle, Isaac, Amelia, Theodore, Gabby, Emma, Charlie, and Max.

Brother of Murray & Ruth Riddolls of Moorefield, and Grace Harper of Listowel, and brother-in-law of Ed & Grace Wiersma of Kitchener, and Pete & Deb Wiersma of Kelowna, B.C.  Loved and remembered also by his nieces and nephews. 

Predeceased by his parents Howard & Ella (Wade) Riddolls, brother-in-law Ross Harper, and sister-in-law Liz Riddolls.

Ivan Riddolls.  Faithful husband of 45 years.  Father to the fatherless.  Brother to the brotherless.  Strong shoulder for the abandoned.  Bear hugger of the hurting and lonely.  Affectionately known as husband, father, grandpa, and uncle Ivan.  He never stopped loving and never stopped caring.

If you came to his door, his famous words were “Well, come on in”.

“Come on in” and help us honour a wonderful man. Visitation was held at the Listowel Pentecostal Church on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., where the funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. 

Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.

Memorial donations to Christian Aid Ministries would be appreciated, and may be made through the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
