Inez (Klein) Schiedel of Listowel passed away at Palmerston & District Hospital on Wednesday, June 5th 2024, in her 97th year.
Beloved mother of Georgia and Don Gibson of Listowel, Lorna and George Reynolds of Kitchener, and Bert and Lynn Klein of Port Elgin.
Grandmother of Steve Gibson & Annemarie (Madeleine, Ross and Henry) Chris Gibson & Antoinette (Theodore and Gabriel), Julie Lindsay & John (Caleb and Brody), Will Reynolds & Merissa (Makenna and Jase), Peter Reynolds & Alicja (Vienna and Roman), Stacey Reiley & Mike (Owen and Summer), Becky Klein & Janusz (Hendrik), Curtis Farrish & Christine (Jacob and Sophie) and Craig Farrish.
Inez will be lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Phyllis Klein and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her first husband Wilfred Klein, second husband Carl Schiedel and siblings; Bonnie Pippard, Jean Carter, Alma Berlett, Kathleen Jordan and Bill Rayson.
Visitation was held at Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Sunday, June 9th, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and again on Monday, June 10th, at Calvary United Church, Listowel from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment took place at Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Calvary United Church, Listowel or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
