Harma Smeding (nee Jaspers), Nov. 4, 1936 – Jan. 21, 2022 – Passed away peacefully in London University Hospital. Harma was born in Velsen the Netherlands and immigrated with husband Frank† (March 17, 1996) to London Ontario in 1957.
She leaves behind those she loved and cared for. Mom/ Oma will be deeply missed by her family; Audrey & Kees Poppe, Thea & Larry Wilkey, Marian Smeding, Ron & Lynne Smeding, Frank & Helen Smeding, Gerry & Nicole Smeding and her Grandchildren and GG’s .
Friends and family are invited to Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave (519-539-0004) on Thursday, January 27th, 2022, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The funeral service will take place in the chapel at 2:00 pm. All attendees are asked to RSVP for both visitation and service prior to Thursday. Mask are required. Burial at Fairview Cemetery, Listowel, will take place in the spring.
