Dorothy (Von Hatten) Wyatt of Walkerton passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton. Born Jan 13, 1926, Dorothy was in her 101st year. Beloved mother of daughter Suzanne Baldwin and son Douglas (Cindy) Wyatt. Cherished Nana of Kirsten (Mark) Baldwin, Anthony (Vennessa) Baldwin, Justin (Courtney) Wyatt, Nigel Baldwin, Michelle (Steve) Wyatt Goetz, and great “Nana Dot” of Keira Durnin, Liv Durnin, Adelyne Baldwin, Rebecca Phillips, and Corbin Phillips.Dorothy will be remembered by her sister Betty Etherton, brother Harry (Penny) Von Hatten, sister-in-law Shirley Schell, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Predeceased by her husband Ken Wyatt (1991), parents Charles and Euphemia (nee Schaefer) Von Hatten, son-in-law Peter Baldwin, sisters Catherine and Mary, brothers Cyril, Elmo, Clayton, Walter, brothers-in law Buster Etherton and Don Schell.
Friends and relatives were invited to visitation from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Cameron’s in Walkerton, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, Walkerton. Fr. Leszek Szczygiel presided. Reception in the Sacred Heart Parish Hall followed.
Spring interment in Calvary Cemetery, Walkerton.
