Dennis Michael Grubb of Walkerton died unexpectedly, but peacefully on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at the SBGHC Walkerton, surrounded by his family. Dennis was in his 67th year.
Dennis had a quiet demeanour and was devoted to his faith in God. He watched sports-especially car racing, enjoyed all genres of music, driving around to hear music concerts, or partaking in a good meal. Dennis also loved his Tim Hortons coffee! He would meet regularly there and his presence will be missed by his close circle of friends.
Dennis is survived by his two sisters Marilyn and Dianne (John Hammel) and his two brothers, Kenneth and Murray (Luz Maria). He will be fondly missed by his four nieces: Jessica (Sam), Brittany (Chad), Alicia (Albert) and Breanna.
Dennis is predeceased by his loving parents, George and Audrey Grubb.
A special thanks to Dr Scheuerman, Dr. Curtis, nurses and staff at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre for your care. A very special thank you is extended to the members of the Brick family who supported us in the past few months, and especially on Dennis’s last day with us.
Friends and relatives were invited for visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Cameron’s in Walkerton, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 p.m. at Mary Immaculate Church, Chepstow.
Interment in Calvary Cemetery, Walkerton.
