Carol Darlene Lamont (née Elphick) of Teeswater, passed away at Brucelea Haven, Walkerton on Saturday, January 6th, 2024, at age 74.
Beloved wife of Larry Lamont.
Loving mother of Kevin Lamont (Kristi), Glenn Lamont (Tina) and Kelly Eckert (Mike).
Sadly missed by her grandchildren, Katie, Kaliegh, Emma and Callen and step-grandchildren, Tyler and Sarah.
Fondly remembered by sister Marjorie Lamont (Donald), brother JD Elphick (Cathy), in-laws, Joe Zettler, Albin Hauck, Everett Lamont (Lenora), Joan Whytock, Francis Lamont, Bryan Lamont (Norine) and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents, Carl and Aileen (née Hetsler) Elphick, siblings Gladys Zettler, Bob Elphick (Norma), Donald Elphick (Diane) and Sharon Hauck and in-laws, Lloyd Lamont (Shirley), Ronald Lamont (Anne), Jim Whytock and Brenda Lamont.
Visitation took place at the Tiffin Funeral Home, Teeswater on Monday, January 8th, 2024 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., where the funeral service to honour Carol’s life was held on Tuesday, January 9th, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Bonnie Mair officiating.
Spring Interment Durham Road Baptist Cemetery.
