Brian Douglas Pyke of Atwood, and formerly of Listowel and Gorrie passed away peacefully at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Thursday, February 12, 2026, in his 79th year.
Husband of Linda (Reid) Pyke. Father of Brad & Melanie Pyke of Kincardine, Michelle Feener & Steve Schiebel of Atwood, Tom Pyke & Bea Bahadoor of Sarnia, and Sherri Pyke of Belleville.
Grandfather of Kristy & Dan Kransford, Alicia Hughes, and Mitch Pyke, all of of Kincardine, Shelby & Jamie Fischer of Wingham, James Feener of Atwood, Brian Feener & Courtney Osmond of Listowel, Amanda Schiebel, Alex & Matija Pintar, and Adam Schiebel & Christie Botelho, all of Kitchener, Dustin Pyke of North Bay, Devon Pyke, Hailey Pyke, and Noah Pyke, all of Sarnia, and Destiny Pyke of Belleville. Also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Brother of Glenn & Carol Pyke of Wroxeter, and brother-in-law of Eileen & John Van de Kemp of Wroxeter, Colin Stonham of Guelph, and Henry Stonham of Wroxeter.
Predeceased by his parents Clifford & Hazel (Stockton) Pyke, parents-in-law Tom & Shirley (Berdan) Reid, sisters Jeannette & Claude Hall, and Joyce & Don Beyers, sisters-in-law Marilyn Stonham, Muriel Stonham, and Marjorie Reid, granddaughter Melissa Pyke, and grandson Marcus Pyke.
A private family service will be held, with spring interment in Wroxeter Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Cystic Fibrosis would be appreciated, and may be made through Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
