Suddenly and peacefully at his home in Gorrie on Friday, May 17th, 2024, Bill Klumpenhower, went home to be with his Lord and Saviour at the age of 80.
Devoted husband of Tina Klumpenhower for 57 years. Cherished father of Janice & Dave Bell, Steve & Barb Klumpenhower, Julia & Dave Vander Borgh and Laurie & Trent Herbert. Loving Opa of Danny & Madi Bell, Ben Bell, Sammy Bell, Isaac & Amanda Vander Borgh, Simon & Suzannah Vander Borgh, Johanna Vander Borgh, and Rachel, Josiah, Isaiah, Nahum, Hannah, Nehemiah, Ezekiel and Malachi Herbert and great-opa of Lachlan Bell and his sister who is to arrive in June.
Brother of Ben Klumpenhouwer, Linda & Elmer Meinema, Betty & John vanDonkersgoed, and Henry & Kathy Klumpenhower. Brother-in-law of Jane Klumpenhouwer, Judi Klumpenhouwer, Joy Harsevoort, Ruby Klumpenhouwer, Ed Bell, John & Eileen Van de Kemp, Tim & Betty Van de Kemp and Bert & Pam Van de Kemp.
Predeceased by his parents Linus & Johanna, brothers Hendrick, John, Theo, Jerry, and Dick, sister Ann Bell, sisters-in-law Evelyn Klumpenhouwer and Gloria Van de Kemp.
Visitation was held at Gorrie Bible Fellowship on Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 p.m. The funeral service took place at Gorrie Bible Fellowship on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. The funeral was live-streamed and a link is available on our website.
Interment tooked place at Gorrie Cemetery.
