Arno Karl Zesny of Listowel passed away at Huronlea, Brussels on Friday, August 16, 2024, in his 98th year.
Husband of the late Irmgard (Gunlack) Zesny, and the late Isabel (Haugh) Zesny.
Stepfather of James Darling of Hanover, Ethel & Doug Morrison of Listowel, Phyllis & Dale Bridge of Alberta, Katherine & Dale Caskanette of Teeswater, Robert & Diane Darling of Brantford, Stephen & Sharon Darling of Ethel, and Ron & Ann Darling of Gorrie.
Opa of sixteen and great-opa of twenty-four (with one more arriving soon).
Remembered by Isabel’s siblings Wilma & Carman Nixon of London, Joyce Noble & Fred Andrews of Bluevale, and Alberta Newton of Wroxeter.
Predeceased by his parents Arno & Elisabeth (Hunermund) Zesny, and by his brother Heinz Zesny.
A private family service was held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Listowel on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 with interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
