The above graphic details the 2021 residential home sale activity for North Perth. As indicated, increases were seen across the board in sales, dollar value and prices. Inventory levels, however, remain an issue as active listings are at near-record lows. For much of 2021, active listings were at its lowest point in more than 30 years.
