NORTH HURON – The Fire Department of North Huron hosted its third county-wide Fire Training Weekend on Mar. 15 and 16, with 27 firefighter recruits participating for some intensive training. Recruits trained on forcible entry, ground ladders, ventilation and gear drills, honing their skills and preparing for real-world scenarios.
