After decades of providing North Huron with gravel maintenance services, local contractor Joe Kerr Ltd has lost its bid on a Request for Tenders (RFT) from the township for the supply and delivery of maintenance gravel, part of its annual rural roads maintenance program.

F.E. Madill Secondary School held its annual Living Library event on Feb. 25.
