Perth County declares significant weather event amidst weekend whiteout

At 1:45 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 19, Perth County officially declared a ‘significant weather event’ as per Ontario Regulation 239/02. This declaration applied to all county roads and did not apply to local township roads or provincial highways.
