Local youth volunteer time for community projects
While the pandemic may have limited the range of their volunteer efforts this year, a group of area youth were instead able to focus their attention and time to assist a number of local organizations in need of assistance with some projects on the go.

Local residents filled the Listowel Memorial Park Amphitheatre on Aug. 10 to hear renowned home-grown talent Sarah Pratt-Parsamian fill the evening air with classical music on her violin. The event was hosted by the Listowel BIA, and raised approximately $1,000 for the local food bank.
