STRATFORD - The bulk of the nearly three-hour-long Perth County Council meeting on April 2 was spent discussing changes to the tree injury bylaw, specifically whether a notice of intent or permit process should be used, or not.

STRATFORD - The Municipal Act requires municipalities and counties to report annually on all remuneration paid to council members for their participation in council meetings; expenses incurred from outside committees and boards; as well as Canadian Pension Plan and Employer Health Tax payments.
