Hey Tweens! Are you looking for something to do after school? Come to our Tween Club where we will learn new things, meet other kids, and have fun. The club meets every other week – Nov. 10 and Nov. 24 at 4 p.m. This program is suitable for kids ages 9-13.

Did you miss it at the theatre? Come watch Elvis with us on Thursday, Nov. 10 at 2 p.m. Elvis tells the story of the American music icon Elvis Presley, spanning 20 years from his childhood to becoming a rock and movie star, while maintaining a complex relationship with his manager, Colonel Tom Parker.

The Walkerton branch will be hosting a local author went with Claire Moore on Saturday, Nov. 19 at 11 a.m. Moore is a young local author and volunteer for Crohn’s and Colitis Canada. She is currently travelling to different communities within Ontario for book reading on her current book, Isabelle the IBD Warrior.

November is Financial Literacy Month. United Way of Bruce Grey Financial Literacy Program Coordinator Sharon Safra will be running a financial literacy series at the Walkerton branch starting Friday, Nov. 18 at 1 p.m. Attend the workshop and have the opportunity to meet-one-on-one with Sharon to discuss financial questions. Registration is required.

Teen box registration for our January box will be opening Nov. 21. Check out the Bruce County Public Library website for more information on how to sign up – http://library.brucecounty.on.ca.

Join us at the Cargill and Walkerton branches on Friday, Nov. 25 at 11 a.m. for a special PA Day Craft.
