Morris-Turnberry building permits are down in 2023 year-end report

MORRIS-TURNBERY – The building fee totals in Morris-Turnberry are the lowest they have been in four years.  According to a report from Morris-Turnberry’s Chief Building Official Kirk Livingston, the total permit fees collected in 2023 were $129,537.16; down from $183,976.03 in 2022, $154,528.71 in 2021, and $149,475.34 in 2020.
