NORTH HURON – Elliott and Rebecca Miller of Edgar’s Feed and Seed are supporting medical equipment upgrades at the Wingham and District Hospital with a donation of $6,000.
With a growing family the couple are aware of how important healthcare is and that their local hospital will be there to care for the whole family for years to come. Joining them to present the donation to the WDH Foundation are their three young children: Callum, 3, Hallie, 2, and Landon, six weeks.
As proprietors of Edgar’s Feed and Seed in Whitechurch, they also wanted to give back to the community that supports them. The hospital touches the lives of so many people in the community, including their customers.
The funds donated by the Millers will go towards upgrading scope technology for the operating room at the Wingham and District Hospital. This equipment will ensure that patients have access to high quality surgical care close to home.
