LISTOWEL – On Oct. 16, the Perth County OPP responded to a disturbance at a Wallace Avenue North business in Listowel.
As a result, Ryanal Erb, 40, of no fixed address, has been charged with: Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm, assault with a weapon, fail to comply with probation order (three counts), and causing a disturbance.
The accused was arrested and held for bail.
