Local dancers have strong showing at Eastern Canadian Oireachtas

Local dancers Madalynn and Avery McGregor recently participated in the Eastern Canadian Oireachtas 2022 in Toronto, both finding success and qualifying for major events this year. Both dancers qualified for the North American Championships, which will be held in Nashville in July. Avery also qualified for the 2023 World Championships, which will be held in Montreal. This is Avery’s second time qualifying for the international event. Both girls dance for Miller School of Irish Dance in Orangeville. (Submitted photo)
