To the editor,
I was utterly shocked to hear Lori Di Castri, chair of the Bruce Grey Catholic School Board (and currently seeking re-election in Brockton and Kincardine), declare that she wanted to see a Pride flag on the top of every Catholic school and church here in Grey Bruce.
Has her potion gone to her head? Has the scope of the Board expanded to include governance of churches too?
I’m not a Catholic, but I am surprised Catholic School Trustees are trying to remove Catholic morality from their own schools. Seven genders? Radical sex ed? Pride flags? If they are not going to bother teaching their morals, then why even bother having a Catholic school system at all.
