Dear Editor:
The Conservatives seem intent on drinking their own Kool-Aid. They are fighting climate change by cancelling Cap-and-Trade and replacing it with mumbled plans they will present someday. They save money for the little guy by spending millions to tear out wind projects almost ready to supply free energy. They claim to create more jobs by reducing the minimum wage – guess they reason if the little guy has to work two jobs to survive, that will be job creation. They accuse the Liberals of buying votes with the Carbon Tax Refund (the one thing that would help the little guy), while they cut the price of gas – just the climate plan to hurry us towards 2o C and beyond! I guess they are angry for failing to bring in the perfect Conservative policy, i.e. carbon fee and dividend, while handing it to the Liberals.
