WINGHAM – Joe Kerr Limited is making a donation of $15,000 to go towards a full complement of new scopes for the operating room at the Wingham & District Hospital.
This donation is being made on behalf of the families of Joe Kerr Limited. Presenting the donation are long serving employees John Thomson, who has been with Joe Kerr Limited for 60 years; Ray Wright, 50 years, and; Stuart Montgomery, 29 years.
“Our employees are essential to our business success just as the hospital is for community,” Joe Kerr Limited Owner, Andrew Kerr said in a release. “Making this donation is our way to acknowledge our employees and give back.”
This gift towards equipment for the operating room at WDH will help support the active surgical program that is available locally. Everyone at the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation is grateful to Murray and Andrew Kerr and their team at Joe Kerr Limited for their ongoing generosity. Support from businesses and families, like the Kerrs, plays an important role in the continued availability of high quality close to home healthcare.
