LISTOWEL – A 54-acre development at the north end of Listowel, which includes industrial, commercial, and residential areas, received approval from Perth County on June 6, and on May 27 by North Perth.  The county approved official plan amendments, however, site plan approval, which includes specifics of the development, will need approval in the future.…
