RIPLEY – The 2022-26 council for Huron-Kinloss held its inaugural meeting on Nov. 15 in the council chamber, with about 50 people in attendance. The meeting opened with the singing of the national anthem by Quinn Smith, niece of the new mayor, Don Murray. Each member of the new council took their declaration of office.…
