WINGHAM – The Wingham Business Improvement Association (BIA) hosted its annual general meeting virtually on Feb. 17. Closing out the ceremony, the BIA board of directors presented Lisa Hearnden with the Lifetime Achievement Award for her many years of service. “Over the years she has been incredibly valuable to the BIA,” Chair Dave Tiffin said.…
