Hayleigh Royce was named 2022-23 Listowel Agricultural Fair Ambassador following the annual competition held at the fairground grandstands on July 14, the first time it has run since 2019 due to the pandemic. LISTOWEL – Following a tight competition on July 14 featuring a field of three worthy contestants, only one could be declared the 2022-23 Listowel Agricultural Fair Ambassador.
