BRANT TOWNSHIP – A Hanover driver is facing charges following a single-vehicle crash on Concession 2 in Brant Township last week.
In a media release, South Bruce OPP say the crash happened at 6:51 p.m. on Jan. 26. No injuries were reported at the scene.
According to police, officers arrived at the scene to find the driver had been drinking alcohol.
The accused, 19-year-old Alyssa Champagne from Hanover, has been charged with impaired operation and operate over 80 milligrams.
Champagne is scheduled to appear in court on March 9 to answer to the charges.
