MILVERTON – The Perth County OPP and members of Perth County fire departments will hit the ice later this month for a charity hockey game.
The game, dubbed “Guns and Hoses,” will see the OPP and local firefighters face off on Sunday, Jan. 29 at the Perth East Recreation Centre (PERC).
Proceeds from the game will support Victim Services of Bruce Grey Perth, with admission being a cash donation or non-perishable food item.
The Perth County OPP Auxiliary Unit will also be collecting non-perishable food items for the Salvation Army Food Bank.
In addition to the game, which gets underway at 1:30 p.m., there will be a free public skate from 12:30-1:15 p.m.
