Grand Bend beach gardens getting facelift

LAMBTON SHORES —  Council has accepted  a nursery’s $17,400 proposal to ‘revitalize’ gardens around the parking lot of Grand Bend’s main beach. The successful quote by Thoren’s Nursery Ltd. is less than the $20,000 allocated in the municipality’s 2016 operating budget and was the lowest price quoted by three respondents to a request for proposals.…
