Across the country, Sobeys Inc. customers gave generously to help over 300 local food banks. Coast to coast, Sobeys Inc. raised $5.8 million in food and funds, and additionally the corporation has contributed $200,000. At the Wingham Foodland, $2,030.98 was raised for the North Huron Community Food Share. The local food share received gift cards for the purchase of necessary items.
