LISTOWEL – At 4:14pm on Aug. 28, Perth County paramedics were seen attending to a person in a vehicle, which had been in a collision, in front of the Capitol Twin movie theatre, located in downtown Listowel.
At 4:19p.m. OPP closed Wallace Ave. North between Main Street and Inkerman Street East. Drivers should avoid the area.
