Once again, Edge Mutual Insurance has demonstrated their incredible support for local health care, with a generous $25,000 donation to the Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation (PDHF). PDHF will use this gift to purchase four medication carts that are required by physicians and nursing staff to safely store and dispense medications in the inpatient unit. “This type of surprise is always fantastic, but at the end of what has been another difficult year, it seems even sweeter. We appreciate knowing that our local organizations value the work that we do here at the hospital, providing quality care close to home for our patients,” said Dale Franklin, development officer for PDHF.
