WATERLOO REGION – On Sept. 14 just after 2 p.m., the Huron-Perth Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) and the Wellington County CSCU conducted a traffic stop on Snyder’s Road East, Petersburg in Waterloo Region, after a drug trafficking investigation.
The four occupants of the vehicle were found in possession of methamphetamine and cannabis resin, as well as drug- trafficking paraphernalia and cash. The total estimated value of the drugs is approximately $9,000.
As a result, Dustin Lunz, 28, of Listowel, has been charged with possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine, operate vehicle while prohibited and fail to comply with probation. The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Also, Gordon Keeso, 54, of Palmerston, has been charged with possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine.
Krystle Kruger, 36, of Wroxeter, has been charged with possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine.
Jaqueline Sherring, 25, of Kitchener, has been charged with possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine.
The accused parties were released from custody and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.
