DONEGAL – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police has charged a Kitchener driver after they were speeding more than 55km/h over the limit in a posted school zone in the Municipality of North Perth.
On Feb. 23 just after 3:30 p.m., police stopped a vehicle on Perth Line 72 in the school zone in Donegal after it was found to be travelling in excess of 115km/h in a 60km/h limit zone.
Dylan Duduletz, 26, of Kitchener, has been charged with race motor vehicle – excessive speed, and driver fail to surrender license.
A 30-day-driving suspension and 14-day vehicle impoundment were initiated as per statute. The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.
