NORTH PERTH – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police has charged another driver after they were speeding more than 90km/h over the posted limit in the Municipality of North Perth.
On Sept. 15 just before 7 p.m., police stopped a vehicle on Road 158 after it was found to be travelling in excess of 170km/h in an 80km/h limit zone.
As a result, Issak Bueckert, 19, of North Perth, has been charged with race motor vehicle – excessive speed.
A 30-day driving suspension and 14-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute. The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.
