Council has approved a draft plan of subdivision for the Walker Hill development at the east end of Walkerton. The subdivision, which will have a connection to Old Durham Road, will consist of 30 single-detached dwelling lots, one semi-detached dwelling block consisting of two units, and 11 multi-unit dwelling blocks consisting of 48 townhouses.
