WINGHAM – The Wingham BIA flower baskets arrived Friday morning from Greyhaven. The BIA offered thanks to volunteers who came out to deliver and install the flower baskets down Main Street. With flowers being delivered at 7 a.m., the job was completed by 7:45 a.m. and volunteers enjoyed coffee and muffins at Tim Hortons compliments…
