DONATION HONOURS LOVED ONE - The family of the late Debbie Jacques donated memorial funds to the Dr. R.J. Creighton Family Birthing Centre. Funds were used to purchase a new sleep couch for the nurses lounge, six bedside lamps, one for each of the birthing suites, and new pediatric stethoscopes. Debbie was an RN in the Family Birthing Centre for 35 years before retiring in 2008. Walkerton and District Hospital Foundation thanked “all who donated in memory of Debbie for helping to make this possible and again to the Jacques family for honouring their mother, wife, grandmother and loved one through this thoughtful gift.”
