Diwali celebrated in Wingham

A total of 100 tickets were sold for the Diwali celebration at the Wingham Legion. The event featured Indian food, music, and Bhangra dancing. Attendees also learned about the origins of Diwali and that it is a traditional festival of lights and a time when families across India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Pakistan gather.
