BROCKTON – The community flag pole has been relocated to the Brockton municipal office.
In March of this year, council approved the purchase of a fibreglass flagpole, which was subsequently installed at the municipal office.
The municipal flag will be flown at this new location, and community flag raisings and lowerings will occur there, instead of at the intersection of Yonge and Jackson streets.
The Canada flag will continue to fly at the various locations in Brockton, and on the post office’s federally-owned flag pole.
