Council approves Columbus Centre upgrades amid procurement debate

In a procedural challenge, Deputy Reeve Kevin Falconer raised concerns with the procurement process in which the Wingham Columbus Centre awarded a contract to their handyman (who was not named in the report), seemingly bypassing the regular procurement process of three quotes and council altogether.

Council approves Huron Construction for Bluevale Hall roof replacement
