Regional unemployment rate jumps to 4.6 per cent
In January, the unemployment rate for the Stratford-Bruce Peninsula Economic Region increased by 1.6 percentage points to 4.6 per cent. At the same time, the provincial unemployment rate increased by 0.3 percentage points to 6.1 per cent, both unadjusted for seasonality.
